Firefighter evaluated after blaze damages commercial building in DC

WASHINGTON - A firefighter was evaluated for injuries after a blaze damaged a commercial building in northwest D.C.

The fire was reported late Sunday just before midnight in the 3200 block of M Street.

Officials say the fire was reported in the utility closet and extended into the attic space of the budiling.

No other injuries were reported.
