February has certainly thrown a lot at us weather wise. Even though we have yet to get a significant snow in downtown D.C. When will it snow? Two-pronged winter storm takes aim at DC region

Despite the relatively low snowfall total for Washington, D.C. so far this winter, as only 3.8" of snow has fallen to date, it has been a very active second half of the winter in terms of the number of winter storms.
