Maryland delegate to host "Dap Day" for some Prince George's County students

MARYLAND - Rise and shine. It is back to school time!

Tuesday is the first day of school for students in Prince George's County. Tuesday, top school, county and state officials will tour select sites to welcome students to class. That includes Dr. Kevin Maxwell, the school system's CEO, and Maryland delegate Angela angel.

Delegate Angel is also hosting "dap day" at some of those schools. She will have male role models in the community with her at the front of several schools to give an encouraging handshake or dap to the students as they begin the new year.
