Driver rescued after vehicle crashes into Aspen Hill home

Authorities say a driver was extricated after crashing their vehicle into a home in Aspen Hill.

ASPEN HILL, Md. - Authorities say a driver was extricated after crashing their vehicle into a home in Aspen Hill.

The crash happened on Tuesday morning around 8 a.m. along the 2900 block of Aquarius Avenue.

The vehicle crashed into the home’s garage.

The driver was rescued and was being evaluated by first responders.

The cause of the crash is not yet known.
