Notorious D.C. drug kingpin Rayful Edmond III has been transferred to community confinement in Nashville. According to officials, Edmond was transferred on Wednesday, July 31, to community confinement overseen by the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Nashville Residential Reentry Management Office.
