Stolen Maryland State Highway truck suspect in the US illegally: ICE

Cesar Flavio Lanuza, the man accused of stealing a Maryland Highway Administration tow truck and leading police on a wild chase, is in the U.S. illegally, FOX 5's Tom Fitzgerald has confirmed.
