Rain delay causes chaos at Beyonce concert Sunday night

It was a soggy Sunday night for concertgoers at FedEx field. Fans came out in droves for the second night of Beyonce's Renaissance Tour but the rain didn't dampen their spirits despite the delays and confusion that came after lightning forced stadium officials to issue a shelter-in-place order.
