Two staffers that work for a Virginia Congressman are recovering after being hit with a metal baseball Monday morning. It happened inside Representative Gerry Connolly's district office in Fairfax. FOX 5's Nana-Sentuo Bonsu has more on the suspect who we are finding out has had several run-ins with people in his neighborhood.
