Virginia State Police-involved shooting closed part of I-95
New details in the Virginia State Police-involved shooting that shut down I-95 southbound for hours and caused massive delays Thursday morning. A woman abducted out of New York was the passenger in the suspect vehicle. She was found dead after Wednesday night?s shootout with police. The driver was medivacked to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. FOX 5?s Stephanie Ramirez reports live on I-95.
