DC Public Schools may move forward with in-person instruction soon

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser has said, and a D.C. Public Schools spokesperson confirmed, DCPS is moving toward resuming some type of in-person instruction by November 9, the start of Term 2 for students. Schools are allowed to include in-person instruction under the District’s guidance for Phase 2 COVID-19 reopening.

New chancellor selected for DCPS

Mayor Muriel Bowser has picked a new chancellor for District Public Schools - Indianapolis Public Schools superintendent Lewis Ferebee.
