WASHINGTON, D.C. - Washington Spirit player, Trinity Rodman opened up about her relationship with her father, Dennis Rodman, on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast.
Rodman, was the No. 2 pick in the 2021 draft and went on to win Rookie of the Year honors while helping the team win a championship.

The soccer star stated that despite the Hall of Famer's occasional appearances at her games -- they're pretty much strangers, according to TMZ.

Rodman mentioned she hadn't seen her father in years. TMZ reported their last meeting was when the Chicago Bulls star showed up unannounced at her Nov. 2021 NWSL matchup against the North Carolina Courage.
"After that, radio silence," Rodman said.
"Stupid me for thinking that was gonna be some type of like new spark because that was me every single time."
She went onto say their communication remains inconsistent, and she often finds herself answering calls from her father more for him than for herself.
"He's not a dad," Trinity said. "Maybe by blood, but nothing else."
