Police search for missing 14-year-old girl last seen in Southeast DC

WASHINGTON - Police are asking for help in finding a 14-year-old girl last seen last week in Southeast, D.C.

Officers say Carmen Waters was last seen on Friday, May 4 around 2 p.m. in the 800 block of 51st Street.

Waters is described as a black female with a medium complexion. She is 5-feet-6-inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. She has brown eyes, faded brown hair, and was wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, a gray sweater and tan tennis shoes when last seen.
