People in Northern Virginia say crime is out of control after Prince William County police say a man fatally shot another in a Manassas neighborhood. FOX 5's Shirin has the latest details.
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. - A Manassas Park man is wanted for second-degree murder.
The suspect has been identified as 20-year-old Marlon Osvaldo Bautista of Manassas Park, Virginia.

Prince William County police have obtained an arrest warrant for Bautista, who is believed to be involved in the encounter. The investigation revealed the victim was fatally shot during an altercation with the accused.
The suspect is wanted for second-degree murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Bautista is described as a Hispanic male, 5’3", 115lbs with black hair and green eyes.
