Man shot and killed in Capitol Heights, police say
CAPITOL HEIGHTS, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - A man was shot and killed in Capitol Heights Tuesday night, according to police.
The shooting happened in the 5800 block of Folgate Court.
Police say when officers arrived at the scene they found a man in the street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The man was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Police say they believe the victim and the gunman knew each other.
