Man killed in stabbing at DC nightclub

WASHINGTON - D.C. police say a man was killed after being stabbed inside of a D.C. nightclub. The stabbing happened at Layla Lounge on the 500 block of Morse Street at around 1 a.m. Thursday.

Officers say they arrived and found the victim, identified as 19-year-old Eric Jones, outside of the club suffer. He was transported to a local hospital where he later died.

Police have no suspects or motives at this time.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information which leads to an arrest and conviction. Anyone with information is asked to call (202) 727-9099.
