DC police say victim is unconscious, not breathing after shooting in Northeast
WASHINGTON - DC police say a victim is unconscious and not breathing after being shot on D Street NE Tuesday afternoon.
Police responded to the scene in the 1300 block just before 1:15 p.m.
Officials have not released any suspect information.
