DC man arrested, suspected of shooting young girl and 4 others at bus stop
WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - Sources say a 30-year-old DC man has been arrested after five people - including an elementary-school-aged girl - were shot at a bus stop Monday in Southeast, D.C.

Police say Ronnell Offutt, from Southeast DC was arrested, suspected of shooting a 5-year-old girl and four men on Monday near Pennsylvania Avenue and Minnesota Avenue before 6 p.m.
Police say the young girl was initially injured by debris, but said on Wednesday in a press briefing that she had indeed been hit by a bullett.
Police responded to multiple scenes after the victims ran away from the area.
