Couple sailing across Atlantic found dead on remote Nova Scotia island

HALIFAX, Nova Scotia - A Canadian couple, who set out to sail across the Atlantic, were found dead on a remote island part of Nova Scotia.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police said officers responded to Sable Island National Park Reserve after a boat with human remains washed ashore on July 10.
The 10-foot inflatable boat had a deceased 70-year-old man and a 60-year-old woman, from British Columbia, inside. Investigators believe the boat was a lifeboat for a larger vessel named Theros.
The couple were reported missing on June 18 after leaving Halifax Harbour on June 11, en route to the Azores.
According to a family's Facebook post, the victims were identified as James Brett Clibbery and his wife, Sarah Packwood.
The investigation is still ongoing into what happened to the couple and their boat, according to local news outlets.
