Brakes cause smoke scare at Dupont Circle Metro station
WASHINGTON - Brakes are being blamed for smoke in a D.C. Metrorail tunnel Friday morning.
The incident happened around 9 a.m. as a train was leaving the Dupont Circle station.
Emergency crews responded but reported no injuries. Some smoke was seen in the station and tunnel area.
Some minor delays associated with the incident were reported.
