Authorities ask for witnesses who saw deadly crash in Montgomery County

OLNEY, Md. - Authorities are asking for witnesses who may have seen a deadly crash earlier this month in Montgomery County to come forward with any information about the incident.

The crash happened Friday, September 6 on Georgia Avenue near the Intercounty Connector and involved several vehicles.

Specifically, investigators are looking for information regarding three vehicles that were traveling northbound on Georgia Avenue prior to the collision.

Those vehicles are:

- A bronze, 2014 Infiniti Q50S

- A black 2018 Dodge Challenger

- A blue (with tan trim) 2004 Ford Explorer, with unique stickers and LED lights on the liftgate

Officers have released images showing examples of the vehicles. They have also released an image showing the rear of the 2004 Ford Explorer.
