2 teen girls turn themselves in after alleged stabbing in Hinckley
HINCKLEY, Minn. (KMSP) - Two 17-year-old girls who police believe were involved in an attempted homicide in Hinckley turned themselves in Sunday, according to the Pine County Sheriff's Department.
Investigators believe on Wednesday, Aseil Cynthia-Salema Abuhamed and Tayah Valorios Thomas stabbed a male victim, fleeing the scene while leaving him with life-threatening injuries.
A family member told Fox 9 that the girls are cousins and the victim is a boyfriend of Abuhamed's mom. They also said, "It's not what it looks like."
