WASHINGTON - If you were hoping for a snowy Christmas Eve in the DMV today, you may have to wait until next year.

Today will feature mostly sunny skies and above average temperatures once again with highs in the upper 40s to lower 50s.

This quiet and mild pattern is expected to continue through the holiday week.
