Man arrested after running toward US Capitol building with loaded shoitgun, police say

U.S. Capitol Police say a man was arrested Tuesday afternoon with a loaded shotgun on Capitol Hill. The 18-year-old suspect allegedly went running at the building with the weapon but police were able to catch him. No one was injured in the incident.
