WWII Memorial fountain overflows with bubbles, vandalized with paint

The National World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C., was closed after an apparent act of vandalism. Photos show a message spray-painted on the memorial, and the fountains overflowed with bubbles. The U.S. Park Police is investigating.
