Virginia State University locked down after shooting; Manassas murder charge dropped

Virginia State University was placed on lockdown after a shooting involving multiple suspects. The school said several people were hurt, but the injuries did not appear to be life-threatening. Also: Prosecutors dropped the murder charge against Latoya Crabbe in a Manassas case after they said newly decrypted audio supported her self-defense claim.
