Member of Congress suing Trump over Capitol riot

A member of Congress is suing former President Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani and members of the far-right Proud Boys group over the January 6 Capitol insurrection. Meanwhile, the White House today officially endorsed a plan to form a ‘9/11 style’ commission to investigate the attack.
