Fairfax County's Justice Advisory Council wants to reform the criminal justice system

With a mission to educate and engage the community about reforms to the criminal justice system in Fairfax County, the county's commonwealth attorney Steve Descano launched a Justice Advisory Council aimed at bringing values of the community to the courthouse.
