Unified Communications apologizes for 911 error

After days of pressing for answers, FOX 5 now has a response from the director of the office that runs DC’s 911 Call Center, apologizing to a family for a dispatcher error in June that ended in the death of 59-year-old mother Sheila Shepperd.
