Broadwater mansion cited and fined for parties

Property owner and former Maryland state senator Tommie Broadwater was hit with two citations and a $1,000 dollar fine less than 24 hours after FOX 5 showed you the video of a massive shoulder-to-shoulder pool party that had been posted online amid the pandemic.
