Renewed COVID-19 concerns at some Delaware beaches

Unfortunately, there are renewed COVID-19 concerns at a few Eastern Shore beaches in the Delaware area. So much so that -- only on FOX 5 -- we talked to a restaurant owner who says he will be closing.
