Family: Rights denied for relatives of Virginia murder victim

An update to a FOX 5 exclusive -- another family has come forward saying Virginia's parole board is letting out violent criminals without making sure families are notified. We first reported in April about this happening across the Commonwealth. Since then, the state's internal watchdog has opened an investigation.
