Indoor and outdoor pools can open in Northern Virginia tomorrow

Across our area, most pools remain closed and as the Commonwealth moves through the phases or reopening -- Northern Virginia is set to enter phase two tomorrow. While that means indoor and outdoor swimming pools can open, it doesn’t mean they will.
