Much of Maryland moving into phase 2 of reopening tomorrow

Starting tomorrow, nonessential businesses like nail salons, car dealerships, and tattoo parlors can reopen in most of the state of Maryland -- but once again, nothing will change in Montgomery and Prince George's counties.
