Phase 1 plans for reopening Virginia expected Monday

Consumer confidence and workplace safety are at the center of the blueprint to reopen the Commonwealth. Today, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam said he will spend the weekend reviewing strategies, and on Monday will discuss what it would look like to move into Phase One.
