Arrest made in serial tire slashing case

Dozens of people who live in Alexandria woke up Tuesday morning to find their car tires slashed. Police say at least 60 cars were hit in the neighborhoods along Kenwood Avenue. An arrest in the case was made Tuesday afternoon.
