Fairfax breaks ranks with Dems over Trump invite

Embattled Virginia Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax is breaking ranks with his fellow Democrats, saying he will attend a celebration with President Donald Trump to mark the 400th anniversary of Virginia’s legislature.
