Multiple crashes cause morning commute mess around DC region

Multiple crashes have made a mess of the morning commute around the D.C. region. On the inner loop of Interstate 495 near Connecticut Avenue, a tractor trailer carrying mail jackknifed causes delays. A vehicle crash along the outer loop of the Capital Beltway after New Hampshire Avenue before University Boulevard is causing huge delays.
