Man struck and killed by car in Fairfax County

Fairfax County Police are investigating a deadly pedestrian involved crash in the Bailey's Crossroads area. Authorities say a man was struck by a car near Leesburg Pike and Payne Street around midnight. The driver reportedly remained on the scene.
