Tractor trailer crash causes delays on Interstate 95 in Prince George's County

A tractor trailer and two other vehicles crashed Tuesday morning causing backups along a bust stretch of Interstate 95. The crash happened on northbound I-95 near Route 200. Police say a vehicle made an unsafe lane change and struck the tractor trailer which left the roadway and entered the southbound lanes of the interstate.
