Shhh! Uber offers new 'quiet mode' option for some riders who don't want to talk with drivers

Uber is now offering a 'quiet mode' feature for some riders who prefer to not have a conversation with their drivers. The feature was added to the company's premium, or 'Uber Black' service as a part of a list of preferences you can choose before entering the car.
