New Metro proposals include no fare increases, additional service

Metro has released new budget proposals designed to improve service and give riders a break on fares. General Manager Paul Wiedefeld is recommending not to raise fares heading into the next year. Wiedefeld also wants to lower the cost of weekend travel with a flat $2 fare.
