2 women injured in drive-by shooting involving U-Haul pickup truck in Southeast DC

Shots fired from a U-Haul pickup truck struck two women who were walking in Southeast, D.C. Thursday night. Officers say a group of about five people were walking in the 400 block of Southern Avenue around 11:15 p.m. when a U-Haul truck passed them and opened fire.
