Dramatic rescue shows man being pulled from rushing Potomac river, fell in while taking selfie

A man was rescued by good Samaritans after he reportedly fell into the Potomac River Sunday. Several people gathered and pulled the man out of the water until firefighters got there and treated his injuries.
