Virginia Attorney General weighs in on arming teachers in schools

Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring says schools do not have authority to arm teachers, after Lee County in Southwest Virginia unanimously voted in July to allow a number of teachers and staff to carry concealed weapons or store them in safes on school.
