Shooting leaves 1 dead in Northeast DC

Police are investigating a deadly shooting in northeast D.C. The shooting happened just before 4 a.m. near the intersection of 4th Street and Adams Street near the Rhode Island Metro station. Officials say the victim is an adult male.
