Amtrak, VRE operating at full service Monday; MARC Brunswick Line operates on modified schedule

Amtrak and VRE say they'll be operating at full service Monday for the rush-hour commute following the weekend CSX freight train derailment in Virginia. Meanwhile, the MARC Brunswick Line will operate on a modified schedule Monday.
