Mistaken release? DC murder suspect gets out of jail after transfer to Md. for another case

D.C. police are again looking for a man they say is the suspect in the murder of his 16-year-old girlfriend in January near Gallaudet University. Officials say he was apparently released from custody in Maryland after being transferred there for another case.
