Girl Scouts' Raise Your Hand Challenge

The Girl Scouts are challenging all young women to be bold, be fearless and to raise their hand. It's part of a new campaign that was started by a fifth grade Girl Scout from Washington D.C. named Alice. Girl Scouts of the Nation's Capital CEO Lidia Soto-Harmon and Alice both joined us on FOX 5 News.
