Maryland resident describes conditions in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria

As Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico, Diana Vera, from Takoma Park, Maryland, is at a hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico, tending to her mother who recently had a medical emergency. She spoke with FOX 5 about the conditions as the hurricane made landfall.
