Republican lobbyist offers $100K reward in murder of Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich

A Republican lobbyist is offering a $100,000 reward to help solve the murder of Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich. Jack Burkman, Republican lobbyist and principal at Burkman & Associates, made the announcement Wednesday.
